No. Most of our box trucks are equipped with liftgates for ground-level pickup, but a standard loading dock is the most efficient setup. If you don't have a dock, the liftgate handles palletized material at curb height. Tell us your facility setup when you request a quote and we'll spec the right truck.

Box truck pricing is typically a flat per-pickup haul rate, sometimes offset by rebates on the material value. Pricing depends on your location, volume, frequency, and material mix. Mixed paper and OCC pickups often net a rebate after haul costs; lower-grade single-stream pickups are typically a straight service fee. Request a quote for specifics.

Both. Loop offers internal collection containers — gaylords, toters, hampers, tubs, and desk-side bins — for rent or as part of your service agreement. You can also use your own containers if they're standard sizes that load efficiently into our trucks. Talk to your account rep about the right container mix for your facility.

Pickup frequency is set based on your volume — anywhere from twice weekly for high-generating retail and offices down to once monthly for low-volume sites. Most box truck customers fall on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Frequency can be adjusted as your volume changes.
