Destruction Services

Documents, products, media, branded materials — anything that requires a Certificate of Destruction. Secured by a chain of custody, certified at completion, and recycled in a closed loop wherever possible.

If It Needs a Certificate we destroy it.

Documents. Products. Drives. Inventory. Uniforms. Whatever your compliance team, legal team, or brand protection team needs, gone — we destroy it and certify it.

Loop's destruction program covers any material that requires a Certificate of Destruction. That means regulated paper records (healthcare, financial, legal, HR), digital media (hard drives, SSDs, tapes, mobile devices), branded or recalled products, prototypes, samples, expired inventory, counterfeit goods, uniforms with company logos, and anything else where simply throwing it out isn't an option.

Every job is logged from pickup to processing under a documented chain of custody. After destruction, paper is baled and sent to the mill. Drives and electronics are sent through certified downstream recyclers. The product is destroyed beyond reuse and recycled wherever possible. Every job ends with a Certificate of Destruction documenting what was destroyed, when, and how.

Choose scheduled service with locked consoles at your office, one-time purges for archive cleanouts or product runs, or plant-based destruction at our secure Chicagoland facilities. On-site mobile destruction is available when witnessing or zero-transport-risk is required.

What Happens After Pickup?

Material is destroyed, documented, and processed so that fiber, metal, and plastic components can re-enter the supply chain wherever possible. Witnessed and on-site destruction options are available for high-sensitivity loads.

  • Shredded paper is baled and shipped to a mill as recovered fiber feedstock.
  • Hard drives and electronic media are physically destroyed and routed through downstream e-waste recyclers.
  • Product, packaging, and mixed materials are separated post-destruction so recyclable components are recovered, and the remainder is responsibly diverted.
  • A Certificate of Destruction is issued for every job, documenting what was destroyed, when, and how.

When it has to be destroyed — and documented.

Every destruction job is different. A recalled product line isn't a banker's box of files isn't a pallet of decommissioned drives. Walk us through what you have, who needs the certificate, and when it has to be gone — we'll build the program around that.
