How Smart Loop Works

Gaylord Program

A hassle‑free way to collect universal waste: we deliver containers; you fill with mixed electronics, lamps, ballasts, batteries; we pick up and process responsibly.

  1. Request Containers: Please specify the number of Gaylords and pallets you require.
  2. We Deliver: Containers dropped off, ready for mixed universal waste.
  3. You Fill: No sorting is needed for core materials; separate chargeable items.
  4. We Pick Up: Once full, we collect and process everything safely.

Pickup & Receiving Requirements

  • Palletize materials for forklift or pallet‑jack access.
  • Use sturdy sealed boxes or Gaylord containers; keep them stackable.
  • Separate items that incur additional charges into clearly labeled containers.
  • Avoid mixing chargeable items with standard electronics to prevent delays or surcharges.
