Front End Load

Front End Load - Dumpster Service

Big containers for big volumes. Front-load dumpsters paired with hydraulic-fork collection trucks — built for high-volume Chicagoland generators that need frequent, efficient service.

Scale up. Speed up .

When recycling volume gets serious, front-load service is how we keep up — fast lifts, short service windows, and containers built for the heavy stuff.

Loop Paper Recycling - Front End Load

Front-End Load (FEL) dumpster is engineered for the hydraulic forks on a front-load collection truck. The driver pulls up, the forks slide into pockets on the front of the container, and the dumpster is lifted over the cab and emptied into the packer body — in under 60 seconds.

Because the entire service cycle is faster than rear-load, FEL trucks can run longer routes and service higher-volume customers more efficiently — which means more frequent pickup at a lower per-yard cost. FEL is the workhorse format for grocery stores, big-box retail, distribution centers, large institutions, and any operation that generates cardboard or single-stream recyclables on a daily basis.

FEL is Loop's standard recommendation for customers who are outgrowing rear-load but aren't quite at open-top roll-off volumes. Common sizes are 6 and 8 cubic yards; 2- and 4-yard containers are available for tighter footprints.

FEL trucks require 24' minimum overhead clearance and a drive-up approach to the container — they can't be serviced inside a covered enclosure or under a low canopy. We confirm clearance during the site survey before placing equipment.
