It depends on your volume and how much space you have. Quick guide: 10 yard = roughly 4 pickup truck loads, fits in tight urban spaces or driveways. 20 yard = office cleanout, small construction job. 30 yard = large office purge, mid-sized warehouse cleanout, retail reset. 40 yard = full facility cleanout, large continuous generator, multi-load project. When in doubt, size up — paying for a slightly larger box once is cheaper than paying for two haul cycles.

Standard rental terms typically allow up to a couple of weeks before additional rental fees apply. Continuous-service roll-offs (where we swap a full one for an empty on a regular schedule) don't have rental limits. Talk to your account rep about the right rental structure for your project.

Hazardous waste, liquid waste, propane tanks, asbestos, contaminated soil, and any state-restricted material cannot go in a standard roll-off. Tires, electronics, and refrigerated appliances generally need separate handling. If you're unsure, ask your account rep before loading — contamination can cause the entire load to be rejected at the MRF.
